Working in tandem with Zim global stakeholders, we launched a multi-pronged research initiative to confirm ZIM’s appeal as an Employer of Choice in the US market, beginning with a stakeholder ideation session where executives and key business partners came together to share information to help Brandemix ramp up quickly. One of the comments that had a profound influence on our thinking and ultimately shaped everything from that point forward was made by the US President of ZIM. He said that the culture of ZIM is so special that when he comes into the office you can hear the buzz of work and excitement of people who love what they do.
Validated by the subsequent focus groups and surveys, this buzz was transformed into the ZIM EVP “Hear the Difference, Feel the Difference, Be the Difference.
Informed by ZIM’s new Talent Brand Architecture EVP, we created a host of materials including a ZIM Culture Book, building signage, recruitment banners and marketing campaigns, all intended to position ZIM as an employer of choice.
The most exciting part of our project was seeing the work come to life through multiple employee activation events throughout the US. And what better way to make some noiZe than through these ZIM-branded megaphones which we sent to each location!
