We partnered with Turnberry, a leading organization in Florida, during an exciting phase of their growth, including their work with Marriott properties such as JW Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, and the iconic Aventura Mall. During our collaboration, Kristofer Cooper, Turnberry’s Chief Human Resources Officer, inspired by an article on the significance of sleep, envisioned a sleep symposium to promote employee wellness across their hotel and corporate teams.
Brandemix brought his vision to life through a dynamic and comprehensive program. The centerpiece of the initiative was a day-long sleep symposium, providing employees with valuable insights into how sleep impacts their personal lives and professional relationships.
To build anticipation and engagement, we launched a dedicated website featuring interactive elements such as fun polls about employee sleep habits and links to curated articles and resources. Additionally, our marketing efforts included personalized invitations (both physical and digital), branded sleep masks, curated swag bags, and a Spotify sleep playlist to enhance the employee experience.
The event featured expert-led sessions, hands-on resources, and practical strategies for achieving better sleep quality. The initiative showcased Turnberry’s deep commitment to employee well-being, strengthening its reputation as an employer of choice.
