Bayer Corporation, is a $10.7 billion subsidiary of Bayer AG, a global pharmaceuticals and chemicals enterprise. The Pittsburgh-based American arm of Bayer wanted to implement a company culture that would motivate their 16,000+ employees to stay on a path towards wellness and in exchange, reduce overall healthcare costs.
Brandemix implemented a comprehensive wellness campaign which included direct mail, employee events, and branded health related incentives to generate a buzz and excitement within the company culture that surprised and exceeded the original projections.
