How does Rapid-Cycle Talent Branding differ from a full employer brand engagement?
It concentrates research, stakeholder alignment, EVP direction, and activation priorities into a focused engagement. A full program may involve broader research, extensive creative production, implementation, and ongoing activation.
What does the $15,000 starting investment include?
The starting engagement is built around a 2-hour collaborative ideation event with 8–10 stakeholders, a tailored mix of research and analysis, employer brand architecture and EVP development, supporting messages, and activation priorities. The exact research volume, outputs, and timeline are confirmed in a proposal.
How quickly can the work be completed?
Timing depends on the available research, stakeholders, approvals, and deliverables. We’ll propose a realistic schedule once we understand what you need and which decisions the work must inform.
Do we need an existing EVP?
No. The engagement can help define an initial employer brand direction or test and refine an existing EVP. The research approach will differ depending on where you’re starting.
Do we have to sign up for ongoing cycles?
No. A follow-on cycle may be useful when hiring priorities or employee expectations change, but additional work is optional and separately scoped.
Can we see examples of similar capabilities?
Yes. Our 2U case study shows how Brandemix uses research to inform employer value propositions and employer brand strategy. That particular project was a larger engagement, not the starting Rapid-Cycle package.
